City Fit offers a huge variety of membership options, including everything from 5 visit passes to 52 week memberships, so there's something for every body!  Group fitness, cycle, in-studio virtual and small group training classes are all included in the membership price.  All memberships of three months or more include a personalised program at no extra cost.  We also offer casual attendance rates for the gym and/or classes.


Personalised Programs

If you choose, City Fit offers personalised exercise programs that include a variety of resistance and/or cardiovascular training to suit your needs.  Our trainers are fully qualified and can work closely with alllied health, when returning from surgery or injury.

Do your own thing

Already sorted with your training.....feel free to just do your thing.  Grab us anytime you have any questions, or want someone to check technique, spot or offer alternatives.

Personal Training

We have several personal trainers on staff who are available to work one-on-one with you and who love to help you achieve your fitness goals.  They are professional, fully qualified and experienced, and because you will have their total attention you'll get maximum results from your workout.  You can train as often or as little as you like, it's totally up to you!!!  And if you'd like to train with a friend, you can share costs as well as make your session more fun!  Contact the trainers directly to discuss... more information is available from reception.

Group Exercise

City Fit offers a huge variety of group exercise classes for anyone to participate in, either by yourself, or with friends.  There is something for every taste and fitness level and no one is left behind.
All classes are held in a semi-darkened studio for your comfort with plenty of space to move around.

Small Group Training

City Fit offers a range of small group training options, suitable to all fitness levels.  Coaches are right there with you to provide encouragement, support and technique assistance.  Best of all, these sessions give you short, sharp, effective training to fit in with our busy lives.
